Shipping policy

  • Shipping Duration

Orders will be shipped out from our warehouse 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
Thereafter, the estimated delivery period is about 7 to 14 business days. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of FAMI HEALTH’s control.

  • Shipping Destinations

We ship our products worldwide.

However, customers will need to check with the local customs offices of the designated countries to see if the products can be imported into the countries, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

FAMI HEALTH will not be liable for packages held or confiscated by customs.

NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Duties, Taxes and Fees

Customers’ payment to us DO NOT cover any Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees that may be imposed by the countries that the goods are shipped to. These fees will be billed to the customer separately by the Carrier or local Post/Customs Office. Please verify with your local customs before making purchase.

  • Local Customs

Customers are to check with their local customs offices on importing matters before making purchase. FAMI HEALTH will not be held responsible in the event that the goods are being detent, confiscated or rejected at entry into the countries. All custom duties, taxes or fees imposed at the entry of country shall be bore by the customers.

  • Returns & Refunds

All items are checked to be in order and in good condition before shipping out. Therefore, items sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable. In the event that goods received are wrong, damaged or broken, kindly contact us at [email protected]

All costs and fees paid for product and shipping are non-refundable in the event when goods are not delivered to customer due to custom restriction or unpaid duties/tax (by the customer) or any unforeseen circumstances (not due to the seller’s action) that inhibit the delivery.
