Try & Review criteria:

1. Review Period: You will be provided with the product for a period of two (2) weeks. During this period, you will be required to use the product as directed and provide an honest review of your experience with the product.

2. Review Submission (Review to be posted within a month from receiving the FAMIBIOTICS product to be tested.): You will be required to submit your review on our online store/eCommerce store. In addition to the written review (Minimum words count: 20 & above, you will also be required to upload at least two (2) photos or a short video of yourself (or with the child) using the product. Your review and photos/videos will be publicly available on our website, eCommerce store, and social media platforms and may be used for other marketing purposes.

3. Social Media Posting: You will be required to post your review and photos/videos on your own social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and hashtag #FAMIBIOTICS in the post. Your post must be public and available to be seen by the general public.

By joining this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Information: You will be required to provide your name, contact information, and address for delivery purposes. By providing us with your information, you consent to our use of your personal particulars and information for future marketing purposes.

2. Intellectual Property Rights: By submitting your review and photos, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your review and photos in any manner we see fit.

3. Use of Product: By using the product, you acknowledge and agree that you will use the product at your own risk, and that you will not hold us liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the product.

4. Termination of Participation: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

5. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.

6. Product selection: You may choose which product you would like to test. However, the management may offer a different product as deemed fit or subjected to availability.

7. Final Decision: Signing up for the program does not guarantee participation. The final decision will be made by the management and communicated to you using the personal details provided.
